Exchange Policy

At Weighvox, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and downloadable software are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

  • To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team at [dxb@weighvox.com] with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions for sending back the original item.

Exchange Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you the replacement product.
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative or a store credit equal to the original purchase price.
  • You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been processed and the new item is on its way.
