At Weighvox, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below for details on how to cancel your order and the applicable terms.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you may need to initiate a return or exchange (subject to our return policy).

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is received and approved before the order is processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • If the cancellation is requested after the order has shipped, it will be treated as a return, and any applicable return shipping fees will apply (see our return policy for details).

Late Cancellation Requests

  • If you request cancellation after the 24-hour window but before shipment, we will do our best to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee the order will be canceled in time.
